Great Versatile Kit, and a real space saver
Using this kit is a little complex, as it is organized to store in as little space as possible. Because of that, items are stacked on top of other items and have to be moved for access. Because of that, I will probably put the various accessories in a separate container, but the compact storage is ideal for travel or limited space. There are several size needle rollers and one manual needle tool, which is what you want. Extra fine needles for sensitive areas, medium length for facial areas, and a manual tool—not a roller, for larger areas, like scars or stretch marks (I’m told). The little bin to sterilize before and after use, is handy too. I look forward to using the ball roller and the flat metal roller as a cooling tool, after needling and treating my facial trouble spots. In the past I have used ice, but this seems much more likely to be sanitary. There are a couple other tools I am not sure about yet—I will have to investigate to see what they are designed for. (You can see them all on the back image of the box).By the way, this is not my first needling kit—but my other kit was just ridiculously difficult to swap handles, so I ditched it. The handle in this kit is an easy swap—just a slight twist and it’s easy to pull off.

Functional kit
While the kit comes with a variety of reusable tools, you should be careful when it comes to the derma roller ones. The needles are designed to create micro injuries to the skin, so that serums and creams can penetrate better. BUT, in order to do that safely you have to make sure that your hands and skin are THROUGHLY cleaned beforehand and you have to pay attention to how you are using the needles (move slowly, do not drag across skin, or you will end up with more inflamed skin and no benefits, with enough pressure but being careful not to press too hard).I am pretty new to this but I have been reading and learning; sanitizing the needles after each use is essential, as is making sure these are actually stainless steel and won’t rust after sterilizing them. And you still need to replace them often, as the needles do become duller after each use. At $18.99 for the full kit, I am a little wary of the quality.The other reusable items (silicone brush, ball roller, etc.) are definitely a great addition to my skincare routine and you can’t beat the price.I also don’t love that their listing pictures are AI generated, with photo creating and editing it’s become really hard to be able to trust a company unfortunately.The value of this kit is great, just purchase it knowing that you are not getting anything exceptional.
